The just released movie on DVD "Hairspray" is a phenomenon and a force to be reckoned with. Possibly one of the best movies of the year, Hairspray is about acceptance in a time when it wasn't expected. The Adam Shankman movie is fun, energetic, and full of life. The information contained in the book offers a peek inside the creative process.
